The Academy Leadership Summit promotes the development of leadership abilities among those individuals involved in shaping Academy programs -- directors, on-site coordinators, principals, Advisory Board members and district level administrators. The event provides a combination of activities focused on professional development, and resources and strategies for the creation of meaningful and relevant Academy environments. This event also acts as a forum, during which the leadership of the National Academy Foundation can work with Academy leaders through formal focus groups and informal discussions to strategically plan for the future growth and improvement of the organization.
