Explanation of Registration Categories
There are four main registration categories. If you are unsure which category you belong to, please download the infomation sheet located next to each category type. These information sheets highlight the registration policies and procedures for each category type.
Pre-Registered by Director/Sponsored Participant

NAF sponsors two participants from each local Academy program. It is up to the discretion of the local director to determine which two attendees are sponsored. Registration fees for pre-registered participants have already been processed. Sponsored participants must follow specific NAF protocols to ensure sponsorship of airfare and hotel. If you are unsure which type of attendee you are please check with your director.

In addition to the two sponsored participants, a local Academy director may send as many non-sponsored participants as he/she wishes. Registration fees for pre-registered participants have already been processed. If you are unsure which type of attendee you are please check with your director.
Individual Registrants

This registration category is for anyone whose registration fee is not being directly paid by an Academy director/program. Advisory board members, national business partners, Resource Expo participants, and industry presenters would all fall into this category.

2003 Institute Registration

Pre-Registered by Director (Sponsored and Non-Sponsored Participants) For participants affiliated with a local Academy program who have been pre-registered by their Academy director. Note: You will be required to enter a Program Privacy Code to access your registration form. Please make sure you have received this from your director before continuing. Individual Registrants This category is for anyone who is registering separately from a local Academy program. Attendees who should use this category include: advisory board members (who are paying their own registration fee), national business and government partners, guests of alumni and advisory board honorees, industry presenters, and Resource Expo participants.
