At the Annual Institute for Staff Development, Academy team members including teachers, directors, high school principals, advisory board members, and business and government partners from NAF’s growing national network come together. They have the opportunity to network, engage in technology training, and attend workshops and panel discussions on industry trends, student recruitment and retention, and resources for the Academy classroom. Team members can take advantage of general programming designed for all NAF network members, attend specific sessions for their Academy theme, or even choose from uniquely designed program strands focused on a particular constituent group. Participants leave the summer Institute with new information, network contacts, ideas, and energy for the upcoming academic year.
